Some pictures tell a whole story – friendship, hope, expectation, release from our tightly ordered world, a return to what we love, the basic elements of a wholly authentic, no fuss, no frills fly fishing life.  These tell of Highland Lodge August 2012, but in a slightly different way.

We are heading back this August for more minus 18 temperatures, a few hogs maybe, more warm red wine, more log fires sitting around tying Woolly Worms.
